Associate Operations Manager

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 base salary, DOE
Position Summary:
The Associate Manager of Operations supports Dimer Health’s 24/7 transitional care model by ensuring operational continuity, shift readiness, and adherence to workflows. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role directly supervises daily activities of operations staff, monitors task queues, and escalates issues as needed to maintain seamless patient and partner support.
This role serves as a frontline operational leader, bridging team execution with management oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift & Workflow Oversight
- Monitor real-time coverage, task queues, and communication platforms to ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Support shift handoffs, verifying accuracy of documentation and continuity of tasks.
- Identify workflow disruptions and escalate unresolved issues to the Operations Manager.
Team Supervision & Development
- Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching of operations coordinators.
- Ensure staff adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and escalation protocols.
- Assist with scheduling, time-off coverage, and shift adjustments.
- Support onboarding and training of new coordinators.
Performance Monitoring
- Conduct routine checks of handoff notes, logs, and key metrics (response times, completion rates, shift gaps).
- Flag trends or issues for Operations Manager review.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance workflow reliability.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Communicate shift-level updates and summaries to the Operations Manager and clinical partners.
- Coordinate with technical support for system issues impacting workflow.
- Partner with administrative and clinical staff to align operational needs with patient care priorities.

- Fully remote role with assigned shift coverage responsibilities.

- Requires HIPAA-compliant work environment and secure system access.

- The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training. We typically make offers near the midpoint of the posted salary range.
