About Dimer Health
Dimer Health is pioneering a new specialty in medicine: Transitional Care Medicine. We bridge the gap between hospital discharge and the patient’s return to routine care—improving outcomes, reducing avoidable readmissions, and enhancing the patient journey. Our unique model combines a physician-led medical practice with a modern MSO, proprietary technology, and AI-driven insights.
We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to build and lead the company’s commercial engine. The CCO will own strategy and execution across all revenue channels, including payer partnerships, health systems, and referral networks. This is a hands-on, results-driven leadership role for a builder who can design a scalable sales infrastructure, lead and motivate a team, and tap into a strong existing industry network to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy: Define and execute Dimer’s revenue strategy, expanding partnerships with payers, health systems, and other high-value client segments.
- Build and scale the sales team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team equipped to deliver predictable, sustainable results in a scrappy, low-ego environment.
- Drive a robust sales machine: Establish the sales operating rhythm—territory strategy, pipeline management, KPIs, forecasting, and accountability frameworks.
- Leverage deep industry network: Rapidly generate opportunities through established payer and healthcare relationships; open doors through direct executive-level connections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and operational readiness.
- Refine value proposition and go-to-market: Ensure consistent messaging that articulates Dimer’s differentiated impact on outcomes, total cost of care, and patient experience.
- Lead with data: Use analytics and CRM insights to improve sales effectiveness, track funnel conversion, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop key payer and strategic partnerships: Drive negotiation and contracting with payers, employers, and large provider groups.
- Boldly collaborate across teams: Ensure consistent, high-impact cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Operations to deliver a unified customer experience and drive company-wide growth.
Key Metrics of Success
- Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Growth in contracted payer and partner accounts.
- Customer retention rate and lifetime value (CLTV).
- Reduction in sales cycle time and expansion of average deal size.
- Standardization and adoption of a repeatable sales process, applying learnings and iterating for continuous improvement.
- Team engagement, accountability, and retention within the commercial function.
- Increased market presence and brand visibility within key healthcare segments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of revenue leadership experience in healthcare or healthtech, with a focus on payer sales, network contracting, and/or strategic partnerships.
- Proven success selling into payers, health systems, or large provider organizations with measurable growth outcomes.
- Deep rolodex of payer and network relationships, with demonstrated ability to convert connections into strategic partnerships.
- Track record of designing and scaling high-performing sales organizations and implementing data-driven sales processes.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to communicate effectively at the executive and board level.
- Data-driven and process-oriented, comfortable managing detailed metrics as well as setting strategic direction.
- Experience collaborating across commercial, operational, and technical functions to align business strategy with execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
Personal Attributes
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, with a bias toward action.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where structure is built, not inherited.
- Strategic storyteller who can connect mission to market opportunities.
- Inspires confidence and accountability across teams and partners.
- Passionate about improving healthcare economics and patient outcomes.
