Position Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical System and Solutions Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital tools and workflows that enhance stakeholder experience across patients, clinicians, and referring providers. This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations and product strategy, with a strong emphasis on workflow automation, system integration, and user-centered design. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with platforms like Monday.com, n8n, and other low-code/no-code tools, combined with a deep understanding of care delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Systems & Workflow Optimization: Own the design and configuration of operational workflows across platforms such as Monday.com, n8n, EHRs, and communication tools.
- Map stakeholder journeys (patient, clinicians, referral source) and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
- Partner with care coordination, provider operations, and product teams to design systems that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize missing features and functionality for patients, providers and partners and work together with dimer product, engineering and 3rd party to meet the needs and provide top notch experience
- Lead the end-to-end design and mapping of patient and stakeholder care journeys, identifying pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, product, and operations to design integrated experiences that align with organizational goals and patient needs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data (patient feedback, clinical outcomes, workflow analysis) to inform design decisions and measure impact.
- Drive cross-functional workshops and stakeholder interviews to align on vision, goals, and solution design.
- Partner with product teams to ensure clinical workflows and patient experiences are supported by intuitive, accessible technology.
- Facilitate change management and adoption efforts related to new care pathways and experience initiatives.
- Champion patient- and provider-centered design principles, ensuring equity, accessibility, and cultural competence are embedded in all solutions.
- Monitor industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in healthcare experience design to continuously innovate.
- Report on key experience metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into clear product specifications and workflow logic.
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure system updates meet the needs of front-line users.
- Lead the configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and features that impact stakeholder experience.
Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption
- Gather and prioritize feedback from internal users and external partners to guide roadmap and design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing and training to ensure successful adoption of tools and workflows.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing pain points and implementing iterative enhancements.
Data & Performance Management
- Define and monitor KPIs related to system usage, task throughput, referral turnaround times, and user satisfaction.
- Work with analytics teams to generate insights from operations data to inform system improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment between integrated tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, digital health, or healthcare product management.
- Strong working knowledge of workflow tools like Monday.com, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, or similar.
- Proven ability to build and optimize systems that support care coordination, referrals, or patient monitoring.
- Experience translating clinical workflows into product features or automation logic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and clinical teams.
- Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and cross-system integrations is a strong plus.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with EHRs (e.g., Athenahealth), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and remote care platforms.
- Background in transitional care, virtual care delivery, or care management.
- Prior experience in early-stage healthcare startups or innovation-focused roles.
