We combine AI-driven software with clinical operations to help healthcare organizations deliver better post-discharge care, reduce readmissions, and improve patient outcomes at scale. We’re looking for a highly technical, hands-on engineering leader to help us build and scale the next generation of AI-native healthcare products . We’re looking for someone who loves building, ships fast, embraces AI-native development workflows, and has experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling them in production.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architecture, engineering execution, and technical strategy across Dimer’s product platform
- Work hands-on with the engineering team to design, build, and ship AI-driven products
- Drive adoption of AI-native development workflows across the engineering organization (Claude Code, AI agents, copilots, etc.)
- Scale systems, infrastructure, and engineering processes as the company grows
- Partner closely with product, AI, clinical, and operations teams
- Help recruit, mentor, and level-up a high-performing engineering team
- Own technical quality, velocity, reliability, and security standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience taking products and teams from 0→1 and scaling from 1→100
- Strong track record building and scaling AI-driven software products
- Native fluency using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- Deep hands-on software engineering and engineering leadership experience
- Experience building products in digital health / healthcare (required)
- Experience with healthcare integrations, interoperability, or clinical workflows
- Epic / FHIR / healthcare integration experience is a strong plus
- Tech stack: Strong proficiency with Nuxt / Vue.js (preferred) or Next.js / React, Node.js (API design and backend/server logic), and hands-on experience with AWS (deployment, scaling, infrastructure, and system reliability). Experience with Flutter is a major plus

- Excited about using AI to fundamentally reshape healthcare delivery
Location
- Hybrid (approx 2 days/week in office) - Florham Park, NJ
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $220,000 - $240,000 per year
- The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training. We typically make offers near the midpoint of the posted salary range.
- This role is equity eligible as part of Dimer’s long-term incentive program.
