About Dimer Health:
Dimer Health is pioneering a new specialty in medicine: Transitional Care Medicine. Our unique model combines a physician-led medical practice with a modern MSO, proprietary technology, and AI-driven insights.
Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, you will serve as the linchpin across Dimer’s clinical and operational functions. You will provide visionary and hands-on leadership for our rapidly expanding telehealth clinic and MSO operations—ensuring clinical excellence, operational scalability, regulatory compliance, and outstanding stakeholder engagement. This role requires a unique blend of clinical know-how, operational mastery, systems thinking, and technological savvy. You will be responsible for overseeing licensing and credentialing, supporting revenue cycle management (RCM), optimizing workflows, and the clinical tech stack. Success in this role demands a startup mentality and proven experience in running fully virtual practices.
Key Responsibilities:

- Directly manage clinical leadership (Clinical Managers, Case Managers), as well as the Clinical Systems & Solutions Lead.
- Ensure seamless delivery of services and operational excellence across our telehealth and MSO units.
- Design, implement, and optimize SOPs for referral management, patient onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and compliance across multiple states and payors.
- Clinical Strategy, Quality, RCM:
- Drive patient-centric clinical strategies to optimize care models, collaborating with executives and data scientists to leverage analytics and trends for ongoing improvement.
- Maintain oversight of clinical systems and tech solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and compliance needs.
- Serve as a knowledgeable partner to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function, bringing clinical context to financial and billing processes without direct operational ownership.
- Licensing, Compliance & Credentialing:
- Oversee clinician licensing, credentialing, and regulatory documentation, ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards and agencies (e.g. Joint Commission, URAC).
- Partner with leadership on accreditation efforts and maintain processes to stay current with multi-jurisdictional regulations.
- Tech Process & Innovation
- Champion technology adoption and digital innovation across clinical and operational workflows.
- Translate operational and clinical requirements into product feedback and collaborate with Product/Data teams on tool enhancements.
- Directly manage Clinical Systems & Solutions Lead to maintain best-in-class telehealth systems and provider tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Growth:
- Partner cross-functionally with product, business operations, and business development to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Maintain trusted client, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Support business development initiatives through strategic insights, input on grants, and representing clinical operations to external audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Physician Assistant studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of clinical operations or healthcare leadership experience with proven team management and mentoring skills.
- Deep knowledge of clinical care processes, regulatory compliance, and value-based care models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in digital health or transitional care startup environments is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance across multiple states/settings.
- Awareness of revenue cycle management and its impact in a virtual care setting.
- Proficiency in managing and implementing healthcare technology, digital health tools, and clinical systems.
