David Feldman

Chief Medical Officer, Doctor

Dr. Feldman joined Dimer Health soon after its inception as Chief Medical Officer. He received his medical degree from Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School and subsequently completed his Emergency Medicine residency and EMS fellowship at Morristown Medical Center. He is double board certified in EM and EMS. Dr. Feldman has been practicing clinical medicine for over a decade, holding multiple academic and administrative leadership roles. He currently is the lead Airway and Emergency Management Physician for the New York Jets.

Zhou graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and then went to medical school at Jefferson Medical College. He subsequently completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center. He has over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine, and is the Medical Director of Dimer Health.

Beth Balavram

Director of Clinical Services, Physician Assistant

Beth is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and strives to build trusting, empathetic relationships with every patient she treats. A graduate of the Rutgers PA program, Beth has returned to her alma mater as a clinical advisor, where she mentors and supports students during the clinical phase of their education. Beyond her clinical and academic commitments, Beth’s greatest source of pride is her family. She loves spending time with her husband and two children.

Kasey DiSomma

Director of Practice Operations, Physician Assistant

Kasey is a board-certified Physician Assistant with diverse experience in emergency medicine and urgent care. She earned her PA degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete her Doctor of Medical Science at the University of Lynchburg. Known for her compassionate and enthusiastic approach, Kasey is deeply committed to building meaningful connections with patients throughout every stage of their healthcare journey. Outside the clinic, Kasey enjoys spending quality time with her growing family, traveling (her favorite destinations include Hawaii and Italy) and exploring the outdoors with her husband through hiking and running adventures.

Allison is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and fostering strong relationships with her patients. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization at William Paterson University. Outside of work, Allison enjoys staying active through sports and spending quality time with family, bringing the same energy and commitment to her personal life that she brings to caring for her patients.

Christian, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience spanning from orthopedics, general medicine, and primarily emergency medicine. He obtained his graduate degree from Pace University and truly has a passion for quality patient care. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, soccer, snowboarding, baking, and spending time with his family.

Physician

Daniel is a board certified Emergency Physician with licenses in New Jersey, Texas and soon to be New Mexico. He earned his AOS from the Swedish Institute College of Health Science in NYC, BA and Post Baccalaureate from Univ. of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, MD from Univ of Massachusetts and underwent resident training at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in NYC. Daniel is known for his passionate engagement with patients and their family both locally and internationally having spent several years of his life doing aid work in Subsaharan Africa and Central America. Outside of his clinical and aid work, Daniel is happiest doing anything related to the great outdoors with his wife and dog, including mountain biking, hiking, and stand up paddle boarding.

Talia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and telehealth. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, along with additional post-masters certification in Emergency/Trauma Care. Known for her collaborative and patient-centered approach, Talia is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while fostering trust and comfort with every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her alma mater (Go Hawkeyes!), exploring Houston's vibrant food scene with her husband, traveling (her favorite destinations include Japan and Africa) and spending time with her husband and two young boys.

Tamar Joseph

Tamar is a board certified physician assistant who graduated from the Pace University–Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program. She has spent several years working in both general and bariatric surgery, assisting in the operating room and providing care in outpatient settings. Tamar is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare with compassion, skill, and genuine warmth. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, volunteering in her community, and going on hikes, always with a coffee in hand, and is excited to bring her clinical expertise and personable approach to patients at Dimer Health.

Brian Karst

Brian is a Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in emergency and trauma care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he also completed his Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification. Brian’s clinical experience includes caring for patients in emergency departments and trauma centers in Houston, Texas. Dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care, Brian values the opportunity to support patients and families during critical moments. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, whose year-round baseball schedules keep the family busy. He is also an avid scuba diver and enjoys exploring the ocean whenever possible.

Colleen is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a background in Emergency Medicine. She earned her PA degree from Mercy College and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Colleen is known for connecting with patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments and for being a strong advocate on their behalf. When she’s not working clinically, Colleen loves adventure. She has hiked Machu Picchu, learned to scuba dive in Roatan, Honduras, enjoys skiing and exploring America’s National Parks.

In her spare time, Kendra enjoys reading for pleasure, spending time with her friends and family, visiting new restaurants, exploring the great outdoors, and traveling both domestically and internationally.

Hinakumari is a board-certified Physician Assistant with diverse experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and rural health. She earned her PA degree from UMDNJ in 1998. Despite her working in different settings, she has always been committed to providing the best care to the patient population she serves Hina loves spending time with her three boys; the oldest being special needs and on the Autism spectrum; the middle in the Air Force; the youngest in college. She also loves her Mix breed dog Sooner she rescued from Oklahoma during COVID

Soraya Soulaiman

Soraya is a certified critical care registered nurse with 19 years of experience in cardiothoracic intensive care, post acute care, hospice and remote patient monitoring. She earned her BSN degree from Pace University and her Master’s in Nursing Education from Post University. Soraya is known for her positive energy and outlook. She believes strongly in advocating on behalf of patients and is extremely empathetic and compassionate in her interactions. Soraya is an avid animal lover and shares her life with her dog Magnus and six cats and calls herself a crazy cat lady. She is a vegetarian who cooks for her dog so she is a vegetarian who cooks meat daily.

Andrea Tretola

Andrea is a board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly 12 years of dedicated service in emergency medicine. She is highly regarded for her diagnostic acumen and compassionate patient care. Andrea earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University and has focused her career on acute and emergency care. Outside of work, Andrea is a proud mother of three girls and a devoted dog lover—especially to her golden retriever. She enjoys exploring new places, whether it’s discovering a hidden gem in her hometown or planning her next family adventure.

Palak Patel

Physician Assistant

Palak is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 18 years of clinical experience spanning emergency and hospital medicine, critical care, interventional radiology, and street medicine. Most recently, she has focused her practice on Bariatric Medicine, where she emphasizes disease prevention and supports patients in achieving sustainable, healthy lifestyles. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Physician Assistant degree from St. John’s University. Outside of her clinical work, Palak is a devoted mom to two young daughters. She finds balance through fitness, yoga, and creating wholesome, flavorful meals that nourish her family. Whether in the clinic or her kitchen, Palak is passionate about empowering others to live healthier, more vibrant lives.

Christine is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant, earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and completed Master's at Mercy College in the Bronx.  She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure each patient's healthcare journey is as smooth and supported as possible. When Christine is not working, she loves spending time with her family and 2 children, especially at the beach or staying active with various sports and outdoor activities.

Taylor Isenberg

Taylor is a DO and completed his residency at Morristown Medical Center in the summer of 2024, serving as the chief resident his final year. He is now an attending physician at Overlook Medical Center’s emergency department. Outside of medicine Taylor is an avid New York sports fan, rooting for the Mets, Jets and Knicks.

Jeffrey Kalczynski

Physician

Jeffrey's interest in medicine blossomed during his college years where he began working as an EMT basic with the University of Delaware's collegiate EMS program, as well as multiple fire/ems companies in the area. He attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, commissioning in the Medical Corps of the US Navy during medical school. He trained in emergency medicine at Balboa Naval Hospital and Morristown Medical Center, serving as the Chief Resident during his final year in training. He attained Fellowship status in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM). His passions include medical education, EMS, ultrasound, backpacking, woodworking, and military/austere medicine.

Tucker is a board certified Physician Assistant and graduated from MCPHS University in Boston in 2016. He enjoys the fast paced nature of the ED just as much as sitting down and chatting with patients. He spends his free time taking care of his young family and hiking in Alaska.

Ashley Gandhi

Physician Assistant

Ashley is a board certified Physician Assistant with experience in both Hospital Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Physician Assistant Degree from Seton Hall University and has been a PA for more than five years. She is compassionate, caring, and a great listener. Ashley is constantly learning and gaining new perspectives from her life experiences. During her free time, she likes to travel, read books, try new restaurants, spend time at the beach, and most importantly, spend time with her family.

William Greenhut

William is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in emergency care, telemedicine, medical education, and hospital leadership. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his residency training in emergency medicine at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Known for his approachable style and sense of humor, Will enjoys getting to know his patients, listening to their concerns, and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their care. Outside of medicine, he loves spending time with family and friends, traveling the Caribbean, watching sports, and tackling projects that allow him to build or improve something useful.

She is actively involved in her community, serving as a leader and volunteer in various local programs. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her beautiful family, traveling, and gardening.

She graduated from the Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program in 2016 and has ever since made it her lifelong mission to go above and beyond for her patients. Outside of work, Carla loves traveling- both for global health and leisure trips.

Debbie is a dedicated Physician Assistant and Health and Wellness Coach with a specialization in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Her journey in healthcare began at St. John’s University, where she laid the groundwork for her medical career, followed by a Master's degree from Touro College. Furthering her expertise, she completed her Health and Wellness Coach training at the renowned Mayo Clinic. As a mother of three, Debbie seamlessly integrates her professional knowledge with personal experiences, crafting bedtime stories that not only entertain but also inspire her family with themes of adventure and compassion in pediatric care. Passionate about promoting healthy living, she is committed to guiding her patients towards making informed choices that lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Keri is also an Adjunct Professor in the Nursing Program at Seton Hall University. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Keri enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at their sporting events, and traveling.

In her free time, she values meaningful moments with family and friends and enjoys traveling to warm tropical destinations- especially the Caribbeans -where she treasures the tranquility of the ocean, nature walks, and creating lasting memories through shared experiences.
