Meet the Team Building the Future of Post-Discharge Care

Caroline is a tenured executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery, clinical leadership, operations, and strategy. Before founding Dimer Health, Caroline was the National VP of Clinical Ops, Growth, and Strategy for DocGo, and served as the National VP for APPs for Envision Healthcare.

During her years delivering hands-on care across surgical and acute care settings, Caroline witnessed a troubling pattern—patients were falling through the cracks after discharge, with limited access to follow-up care, leading to complications, readmissions, and unnecessary suffering.

Motivated to solve this systemic gap, Caroline made the bold decision to leave clinical practice and build a solution. She founded Dimer Health with a clear mission: to deliver continuous, high-quality medical care during the most vulnerable stage of a patient’s recovery—after they leave the hospital or rehab facility. Today, she leads Dimer in redefining transitional care through 24/7 virtual medical support, working to ensure no patient is left behind in their healing journey.

Gidon is the Chief Strategy Officer at Dimer Health, where he leads strategic growth, partnerships, and operational expansion. Gidon has played a pivotal role in shaping Dimer Health’s go-to-market strategy, payer and provider partnerships, and national footprint.

Born and raised in Israel (Retired captain IDF paratroopers), Gidon is a business development veteran turned Physician Assistant in emergency medicine (Doctorate).

An avid sports fan, and a struggling ironman, Gidon is happily married to Halit and the proud father of Adam, Mika & Ben.

Sarig is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for building exceptional products and companies. Prior to co-founding Dimer Health, he founded and led two successful business units, Wix Promote and Wix Bookings. As the leader of Wix Bookings, Sarig transformed it into the leading online platform for small businesses to manage their schedule, accept bookings, and receive payments.

Dr. Feldman joined Dimer Health soon after its inception as Chief Medical Officer. He received his medical degree from Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School and subsequently completed his Emergency Medicine residency and EMS fellowship at Morristown Medical Center. He is double board certified in EM and EMS. Dr. Feldman has been practicing clinical medicine for over a decade, holding multiple academic and administrative leadership roles. He currently is the lead Airway and Emergency Management Physician for the New York Jets.

Jon Kuehler is the Chief Commercial Officer at Dimer Health, an AI-native, clinician-led company redefining what happens to patients the moment they leave the hospital. Dimer's platform closes the post-discharge care gap — the critical window where patients are most vulnerable and the healthcare system is most absent — through AI-powered transitional care that satisfies clinical, regulatory, and financial standards for health systems and payers.

Jon brings over two decades of commercial leadership at the intersection of healthcare technology, patient experience, and value-based care strategy. Before joining Dimer Health, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Practicing Excellence, where he led enterprise-wide go-to-market strategy for a clinician coaching platform deployed across major U.S. health systems. Prior to that, Jon held senior roles at GHX as VP of Demand Insights, where he applied data and analytics to reshape how healthcare supply chain data could be used. At NRC Health, he served as Vice President of Customer Strategy and Director of Business Development, helping health systems translate patient experience data into measurable operational and financial outcomes. Earlier in his career, Jon was a commercial leader at NarrativeDx — the AI patient feedback analytics company later acquired by Press Ganey — where he helped bring one of the first AI-powered patient insight platforms to market.

Across his career, Jon has partnered with hundreds of health systems, medical groups, and payers to build scalable partnerships that improve patient outcomes, strengthen financial performance, and accelerate the adoption of innovative care models. His expertise spans go-to-market strategy, enterprise partnerships, value-based care, AI-enabled healthcare technology, and the clinical workflow integration required to make technology actually stick on the front lines.

He lives in the greater Denver area and is actively sought as a speaker and thought partner on the future of healthcare and AI's role in bridging the gap between hospital and home.

When he’s not working, Jon is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jaymie and daughter, Josie.

Caren Misky brings more than 20 years of experience in emergency medicine nursing, advanced practice leadership, and clinical education - building DispatchHealth's mobile acute care and ED diversion programs and leading national professional practice and development for its advanced practice providers. As Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, she leads operations across Dimer's care delivery, provider practice, and business functions - ensuring the organization runs as one cohesive model that is clinically rigorous, operationally consistent, and built to support safe recovery from hospital to home.

Arielle is a marketing and communications professional with over 15 years of experience leading initiatives across brand strategy, thought leadership, digital presence, and business development. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at Dimer Health, where she leads marketing and communications strategy for the company. She collaborates with our product, operations, sales and clinical teams to shape brand positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and campaigns to drive adoption and engagement across health systems, payers, and patients.

Prior to joining Dimer, Arielle held marketing roles at prominent law firms, where she led firmwide branding and visibility efforts, and managed strategic communications and PR and drove lead generation through targeted marketing and business development efforts.

Ruty is an AI and NLP leader with over 15 years of experience in developing, deploying, and safely scaling AI and machine learning solutions in healthcare and beyond. At IBM Research, she led international teams advancing natural language processing for medical informatics, including building predictive models from electronic health records and pioneering AI systems for evidence extraction and automated argumentation. At Meta, she led the Generative AI Red Team, ensuring the safe and ethical deployment of large language models, including LLaMA 3, and drove initiatives to operationalize cutting-edge AI into production.

At Dimer Health, Ruty leads the strategy and execution of our AI and data science initiatives, building the infrastructure to harness multi-source healthcare data for patient outcome improvement and operational efficiency. Her team develops risk prediction models, AI-augmented care plan generation from clinical notes, and dynamic, personalized care pathways that adapt in real time based on patient-reported outcomes, remote monitoring, and clinical events. She works closely with clinicians to ensure every model is clinically sound, ethically deployed, and integrated seamlessly into operational workflows.

Zhou graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and then went to medical school at Jefferson Medical College. He subsequently completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center. He has over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine, and is the Medical Director of Dimer Health.
