A Gap Our Co-Founders Saw Firsthand
Dimer Health was founded around a simple question: why does clinical support become harder to access during recovery? The answer became a mission to make physician-led care a consistent, connected part of every recovery journey.
Through 17 years in health care and my own journey as a patient, I discovered a critical gap: the dangerous space between hospital and home.

The name Dimer comes from a molecular structure formed when two components bond together as one. That bond, and the strength created through connection, is at the heart of Dimer Health.
It’s also reflected in our logo: the double lines represent the bonds that hold a dimer together and symbolize our commitment to maintaining the connection between patients and their care after they leave a medical facility.
That idea defines the role Dimer plays in healthcare: strengthening the bond between patients and the providers and health systems that support them, so care remains connected beyond the discharge event and throughout recovery.
